The sky looks so dark at this moment. I feel sleepy. Hae Ra who is sitting next to me is already in her dreamland right now. You can see her drool all over her mouth. When I was about to rest my head on my desk, Park sungsaengnim entered the class. Talking about bad timing there -_-

Shin Hae Ra who’s been my best friend for the past 10 years are still in her dreamland. There’s no use to nudge her up. She won’t budge except her prince charming came.

Park sungsaengnim is not alone today. He brought a new kid.

“Yeoreobun~ May I have your attention please?” everyone seems interested to know.

“Today, we’re having a new friend. Come on in~”

As the new kid entered the class, you can feel her aura. Every guy in my class, almost all were drooling over her. She has this mesmerizing look and her long silky black hair completed the package of her. Ahhh~ she looks like Jeon Ji Hyun~ You can say that maybe they are related somehow. Who knows right?

“Okay introduce yourself Miss Min.” the guys were holding their breath ever since :P

That JeonJiHyun-look-alike-girl bowed to everyone, “Yeoreobun~ Anyeonghaseyo. Chonun Min A-Lya ibnida~ Pangapseubnida” and she bowed again. Just then you can see that the guys are breathing normally again. Weird huh those guys.

“Okay let’s find you a place to sit.” Park sungsaengnim was searching for an empty seat and spotted the empty spot beside me.

“Ahh~ Min ssi, you can sit at the back beside Sohn Dayya there.” I raised my hand and that JeonJiHyun-look-alike-girl spotted me. She walked like a supermodel. Everyone can’t stop looking at her. She even has this angelic aura around her all the time. You can’t just take your eyes off her. Not even me. Am I still straight? O___o

“Hi there~ I’m Sohn Dayya. You can call me Dayya!” I stretched my hand out and waved cutely to her.

“Hi~ You can call me A-Lya.” And she bowed again. Aish this girl, why is she so polite? I feel like a gangster beside her -_-

“Oh this is Shin Hae Ra.” I elbowed Hae Ra in order to wake her up.

“Waee?? Wae?? Is HyunSeung oppa here?” she quickly removed her drool stain and looking at her magic mirror.

“Yah~! Shin Hae Ra! Stop dreaming will you! We got a new friend here.”

Paused. Hae Ra dropped her jaw as she looked at A-Lya.

She kept blinking her eyes disbelief, “Is she real? Why is she so pretty?! What if HyunSeung oppa likes her?”

I poked her head, “Stop dreaming Hae Ra ah~! Do your insa.”

“Hi there~ I’m Shin Hae Ra. Call me Hae Ra. Let’s be friend so that I can be pretty like you!” Hae Ra grinned ear to ear.

“Pabo!” I muttered in breath.

The shy JeonJiHyun-look-alike-girl bowed again, “Hi~ I’m Min A-Lya. Call me A-Lya.” Aish this girl. Why are you so polite?

Class ended. I felt uncomfortable the whole time in class as I felt many yes were looking at my direction. Well, not mine. They were looking at A-Lya the whole time. Aren’t their necks tired? Seriously. She’s not that pretty right? Okay scratch that.

A-Lya seems lost. Obviously since it’s her first day in school.

“A-Lya ssi~ do you want to join us?” suddenly I became so nice. I’m so proud of myself. They should grant me the noble prize now. Or at least I should be in their nominees’ list? Dream on Dayya!

She seems hesitate the idea but then, “Okay.” Her voice was so soft. I’m so jealous!

And Hae Ra showed the hyper side of her, “And we can guide you about this school. Free of charge!”

We walked through  the hallway, entering the cafeteria. It was full with student. Again, we became the centre of attention. Not again -_- surprisingly, I saw someone’s waving at me! It was my oh-so-popular oppa, Sohn DongWoon.

“Dayya ah~! Come here! We got plenty seats here!” seriously what was he thinking? He never ever offered me to sit around his group. And what is this all about? Something’s fishy.

Sohn DongWoon. If I tell you we’re siblings, you’re not gonna believe it. We looked different. Well, he looked like some Arabic prince while I looked like Mongolia princess. Many thought he was a foreigner. Ugh puhlease! He’s only a year older than me and now he’s in his senior year.

We came towards him and he was with his best buddies. You can spot the hyper-active Yong Yoseob at the corner and his not identical twin brother beside him, Yong JunHyung. We bowed to each other. Showing them some respects since they’re our sunbaenim. I wonder where is HyunSeung sunbaenim.

“Whoa~ Who’s this Dayya? Never seen her before. Is she new?” there you go. Having a player brother like him, he won’t miss a glimpse of pretty girl. Trust me!

“She’s my new friend, Min A-Lya.”

“Ahhh~ what a nice name. Nice meeting you A-Lya ssi~ I’m DongWoon. Sohn DongWoon. Dayya’s brother.” He stretched his hand to shake her hand. Instead she just bowed.

Yoseob was holding himself not to laugh. JunHyung was looking outside, lost in his world. As usual. You can see that DongWoon’s face as red as ever! It felt like his pride fell to the ground. I can’t hold myself either. I want to laugh so bad.

No one has ever done that to my brother. NO ONE! Every girl in this school is dying to touch him. But A-Lya.. This girl is really something!

We left my brother who’s still in shocked mode. To my surprise, Hae Ra is no longer around us. Aishh, I bet she’s with his prince charming now. Making out somewhere -__- To think that she’s the one who said she wants to guide A-Lya around! 

We managed to find a spot under a tree outside. I bought myself and A-Lya sandwiches so we won’t starve until lunch.

“That’s so weird of you, letting down my brother’s hand. “ I let out a soft chuckle.

“Oh really? Wae?”

“He’s like a kingka in this school. But to me, he’s a  bimbo! No, scratch that. Girls love him. That’s all.”

“Oh.. I see. “ there goes the long silent again.

“So tell me about yourself. Where did you live before?” I was trying to be friendly. So it won’t be that awkward?

“Busan. I lived with my grandmother. She just passed away recently, so now I’m living with my parents.”

“Oh I’m sorry for your loss, but you don’t seem to have their Busan dialect?”

“I can control it.” This girl is really impressive!

“Do you have brother or sister?”

“Nope. I’m the only child.”

“Don’t get me wrong but do you have a boyfriend?”

“…”

KRINGGGGGGG~~

Talking about bad timing. The bell rang.

“Ahh~ we better go back to class now.”

At the other side of school, the rooftop to be exact, you can see a couple is eating each other face! Disgusting much? Kids these days.

Gasping for air, “We haven’t eat anything. Don’t you hungry oppa?”

Stroking her reddish hair, HyunSeung said “Seeing my Hae Ra, I’m full already~!”

Hae Ra blushed. “Omo oppa~ You’re so corny! I love you even more!”

“Nadu saranghae Hae Ra ah~ Let’s go back to class” and they walked together hand in hand.

You feel like you want to puke so bad if you keep watching them. Let’s move on.

“Yah Shin Hae Ra! Where did you go just now?! How dare you left us hanging like that?”

Hae Ra been twirling her hair, looked like she’s been dreaming again.

“Yah Shin Hae Ra! I’m talking to you!” I poked her head.

“Waeeeee?!!! Can’t you see I’m dreaming?!” she looked so furious.

“I asked you where did you go just now. You’re the one who did not pay attention on what was I saying!”

“I was with my prince charming~” she giggled.

“Don’t you ever leave without saying again!”

“Arasseo. Don’t be mad chingu ah~ How can I resist my prince charming? Aigoo. “

What am I gonna do with this girl -_- I looked at A-Lya. She was so quiet since then. She didn’t even bother to join our pointless conversation. She kept on reading Korean history book. I bet she’s a straight A’s student. Aish, how can she be so perfect?!

Little that Dayya know, A-Lya’s mind is drifted away. Miles away in Busan. Thinking about someone.
