DongWoon entered lazily into the school compound, as his leg kept kicking off the air. He let his head up, surprised to see A-Lya was in front of him. His body shivered. He was shaking. He was nervous to see  him in flesh. He wanted to call her. Before he managed to call her, YoSeob called her first.

“Min A-Lya ssi~!” YoSeob called out.

“AIshh this boy!” DongWoon cussed under his breath.

A-Lya turned around. Her silky black hair went with the wind flow. She looked like a model who’s having a photoshoot. The sunlight dimmed on her flawless skin.

A-Lya gave them a question look, “Ney?”

“DongWoon here wants to walk you to your class? Okay with the idea?” YoSeob chuckled as he spoke.

“Yahhhhhhhhh! Yong YoSeob!!” DongWoon couldn’t hold his voice. He was extremely embarrassed. His face went red. Really red.

“Oh? Sure!” Hearing A-Lya was saying yes made him feel like he’s flying in the air.

“Jinja?” YoSeob asked disbelieve. A-Lya shyly nodded.

“So I’ll be going in with JunHyung then.” Then they walked off. YoSeob then turned around and said, “Hwaiting! Sohn DongWoon!!” and laughed his ass off.

“Yong YoSeob! You’re a dead meat when I find you!” again, he cussed in his breath.

A-Lya was puzzled. DongWoon just stand there like those mannequin in shopping malls.

“Sunbae?” A-Lya soft voice brought him back to reality.

“Oh?” He looked at A-Lya. He didn’t know what to do.

“Should we go now?”

“Oh~ Let’s go.” He tried to laughed but he couldn’t. His stomach was now full with butterflies. Sweats were now all over his body though it was freezing cold that morning.

They walked together. A-Lya could feel many eyes were on us. Some girls looked like they wanted to eat her. Some girls looked like seeing a couple gaily trotting the aisle. Some girls looked like their hearts were shattered into pieces. Yet she stayed calm. She did nothing wrong.

From the first moment they walked together, DongWoon didn’t speak a word. They just kept silent up until they reached A-Lya’s classroom.

“Oh we’re here.” A-Lya broke the silence. “Thank you sunbaenim.” She smiled and bowed.

“Damn. Don’t smile girl! Your smile drive me insane!” He talked to himself.

“Oh it’s nothing~” DongWoon finally speak.

A-Lya turned her back to him, entering her class.

“A-Lya ssi~!” DongWoon called as she’s about to enter her class.

She turned around, “Yes?”

DongWoon was stuttering, “Are you free this weekend?”

She was thinking, “I don’t know. I guess not. Why?”

“Err.. err.. I want to ask you out!” DongWoon successfully spilled his desire.

She seemed shocked. “…”

“It’s okay though. If you don’t want to…” DongWoon looked down. “I better go now. I’ll be late for class.”

Before DongWoon turned, “Okay~!”

DongWoon turned back. Looked directly into her eyes.

“Jeongmal yo? Jinja??”

“Oh~ So see you this weekend sunbaenim!” and she entered her class.

DongWoon couldn’t believe what just happened. This is not a dream. This is real. He couldn’t stop grinning. As he passed away the class, he made his way into the toilet. He looked at his reflection in the mirror. He started to pinch himself. His eyes grew bigger. He looked at every corner of the toilet. No one’s around.

“YES! YES! YES!” He screamed as he jumped around. “YES! YES! YES!”

“Isn’t that my brother just now?” I asked A-Lya. I was sure that I saw DongWoon outside my class just now.

“Uh-huh.”

“Jinja?” I wondered. “What was he doing here?” I couldn’t help but to ask.

“He walked me to class.” A-Lya told me as she was unloading her stuff.

“APAKAH?!”

She and Hae Ra gave me a weird look.

“What language did you just speak?”

Blur moment attack. “I don’t know either. I just blurt it out.” WOW. Seriously. What language is that? O_o

“Why was he walked you to class??” I asked her again.

“I have no idea! But that was really sweet of him.” Seeing A-Lya smiled talking about my own blood brother was so not cool. It’s creepy. I’ve had enough listening those bunch of stupid girls talking about sweet things about my brother. But having my own friend like that, it definitely gave me goosebumps.

We sat at the corner of the cafeteria during break time. We were so grateful that we managed to find a place.

“Any plans this weekend? I’m bored.” Hae Ra talked while stuffing the tuna sandwich onto her mouth.

“I’m grounded remember. Plus, my dad is coming home this weekend. So I need to go fetch him at the airport.”

“Oh jinja? Don’t forget to send my regards to him.” Hae Ra turned herself to A-Lya. Pleading.

“Mianhae~ I’ve already got plan. Mianhae.”

“Ahhhh~ What should I do this weekend?”

“HyunSeung sunbae?”

“I don’t wanna talk about him.” She continued to eat her sandwich.

“Couple fight?”

It won’t stay that long. You’ll say her saying like that. But tomorrow, you’re gonna see them together back. I’m so used to this. Sometimes I don’t really understand them. Since GiKwang oppa and I seemed not having any problems like that. We just stay cool.

Thinking of him, it’s been days since the last time I saw him. Sometimes I’m sick of this. I don’t really know whether I really love him or not. He didn’t even call nor message. I could never contact him as he kept changing his phone number. Sigh.

On the other side of the cafeteria, DongWoon could not stop smiling ever since.

“Yahh~ Stop smiling! You’re creeping me out!” JunHyung nudged him. Yet he didn’t seemed listen as he’s currently in his own world.

“Yahh~ Yahh~ You won’t believe what I’m gonna say!” Out of nowhere YoSeob came running to them. Breathing heavily. JunHyung and HyunSeung were already ready to listen to him. He then looked at DongWoon who was still smiling like a crazy person.

“What’s wrong with him?” He asked them.

“Yah~ Sohn DongWoon!” YoSeob smacked his head.

DongWoon looked as furious as someone just wake him up from a beautiful dream. “Yahhh~~ Waeee??!”

“You~! You’ve been dreaming about that girl right?” YoSeob’s teasing him and pointing his finger to him.

His face went red. “No. I’m not!”

“I know you Sohn DongWoon.” DongWoon was embarrassed he was caught red handed.

“Tell us what you wanna tell us just now.” HyunSeung as he was texting someone.

“I almost forgot about that!” YoSeob’s trying to catch his breath. “I saw Lee GiKwang just now!”

“Lee GiKwang?!” All three of them said it in unison. HyunSeung stopped texting. JunHyung started to pay attention. While DongWoon looked pissed.

All of sudden, someone grabbed the attention of the whole cafeteria. The girls seemed like they saw their prince charming coming down from the sky while the boys didn’t care much. Walking through the cafeteria, giving his best smile to everyone who’s been looking at him, melting every girl there.

He brought a bouquet of red roses with him, increasing the curiousity who’s gonna be the lucky person. He kept smiling, spotting the person he wanted to meet. As his target was spotted, he walked to their direction.
