I'll try to include the budget in this post as well so that my post will help you to plan out your trip there, hopefully.

Orang were like, Macau? Why Macau? I would ask them back, Why? Can't I go there? Nak tengok tempat orang, tak salah kan. Perhaps, sebab Macau is dubbed as Las Vegas Asia so orang macam pelik2 lah nak pergi sana.
Our flight to Macau was slightly delayed so we arrived there around 7-ish? Macau-HK time is the same like Malaysia, tapi kat sana gelap cepat. Lebih kurang macam Sabah/Sarawak.
As we landed, we were mesmerized dengan kecantikkan bandar yang sangat bercahaya! Feeling Las Vegas tuh memang dah datang sangat2. Tapi, to be frank, excitement kami bukannya setakat itu. We saw the venue of BIGBANG's concert from our tiny window. *insertsadbackgroudmusic* FYI, BIGBANG were having their 3-days concert in Macau from 23rd October *coughdamnitismybirthdaycough* until 25th October *ourarrivaldayinMacau* . Our twisted fate with BIGBANG.
Did we go to the concert?
NO.
But you what annoyed us on that freaking day?
1. While waiting outside our gate in KLIA2, the store in front of us were playing Good Boy. duhhh
2. When we already boarded the plane, we read AA's magazine, the 360... There was one small article about BIGBANG's concert in Macau. Yeah, thanks for the reminder.
Sedih tau. If I had money, I would have gone to their concert. As usual, my own birthday present for myself. Like 3 years back. Oh well. So near yet so far.
We didn't do much research about Macau. But in order to get to HK from Macau, the only transportation medium for now are Ferry and Helicopter. Memang tak lah nak naik heli kan? Kami naik TurboJet Ferry.
The ferry fare?
1) HKD 153 --> Day Sailing
2) HKD 189 --> Night Sailing
Rates dia berbeza di waktu siang dan malam.
Next, kami ke Ferry Terminal. Ferry Terminal dia ada dua. Jadi jangan confuse macam kami. HAHAHAHA. Konon nak jimat nak naik bus. Duit yang kami ada agak besar dan bukan matawang Macau. No fret, HKD diterima di Macau. Setelah bbrp minit menunggu, bas muncul. Terkejut lah kami bila dimarahi pemandu bus itu. TERKEJUT OKAY. Macam mamai then orang jerit dekat telinga. Perghhhh. It's not in English. So kami blank. Turunlah dari bus. Entahlah. Maybe salah kami lah tak ada duit kecil, tapi kena marah macam tuh, dia macam turn off giler. Sigh.
Bila dah macam tuh, memang taknak naik bus! Sentap mak. Terus lah pergi dekat taxi stand. Prepare duit jela.

Not a good session with the taxi driver as well. So masa tuh macam, why are we here? HAHA. Mood lemau terus.
It's almost 9PM. Kami terus ke counter ticket. Tapi tergamam sebentar. Electronic screen atas most of the counters stated that they are now selling ticket for 11.45PM ferry. HA HA HA WHATTTTTTTTTTTTT?! When we check the ticket from Macau to Kowloon --> SOLD OUT. WHAT WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTT?! But 11.45PM? seriously? But we have to get out from here tonight, cause we got no place here. For that night. Nak taknak, kami beli jugak ticket 11.45PM. You never know what might happen. Takkan nak melongok dekat situ sampai esok. We have plans for tomorrow.
So tunggulah kami beberapa jam sebelum naik ferry. Ferry Terminal ada Wi-Fi, so jangan risau. Sambil renyah menunggu, satu demi persatu VIPs (BIGBANG fans' nickname) muncul. Ah, ticket pergi HK habis sebab mereka lah nih, desis hati kecilku.
Nothing much happened but I was getting sleepy. We boarded the ferry. It was quite nice. Saya tak ingat apa yang berlaku dalam ferry cause I dozed off. HA HA HA. Asya cakap, saya lentok atas bahu dia. I was that tired.
We already checked what is the time for the last train. It's midnight, but we didn't think we can make it. And we were right. We arrived at HK around 1-ish. LOL. It was super tiring. Lepas tuh, tunggu taxi pulak. Panjang pulak queue. Train memang dah stop operation. Bus mmg xtau nak naik nombor berapa and macam tak berani pon nak naik bus malam2. Naik taxi je lah.

Siap2 pecahkan duit dekat 7E. HA HA HA. Pakcik taxi tak tau macam tempat tinggal kami. So dia dropped dekat Mongkok MTR Station je. From the station, we just follow the directories given by the host. Memang senang nak follow. Kudos to him.
Sesampainya depan main entrance rumah, dah kunci. Ah sudah. Dah tak larat ni wei. Ada makcik jaga pintu, tapi dia tengah tidur. It's already 2AM on that time. Serba salah nak call orang time tuh. So I tried to contact the host, but I didn't call. I just whatsapp and used AirBNB message. Lucky us, the public phone there provided 30-minutes Wi-Fi. Cool huh?
Entah macam mana, makcik jaga pintu terbangun. Dia bagi kami masuk. Okay cun. Tapi dia tak paham English. Dia memang cakap Cantonese jela. Haih. Memang macam ayam dengan itik. So I showed her the address. So I thought dia macam paham. MACAM PAHAM. Kebetulan, dekat situ ada budget hotel. So dia ingat ktorg nak pergi situ. Oh man. So we said no. NO. Dia macam tak paham lagi. Padahal ktorg dah tunjuk no rumah ktorg. So I though dia paham. Next, dia bawak ktorg pergi rumah Spa. Oh My God. Apakah ini? Ktorg dah penat and dah tak larat nak explain. Penat nak cakap.
Entah apa lah makcik tuh paham. Then dia bawak pergi hotel tuh balik. LUCKY US that makcik jaga hotel could speak English. WHY DIDN'T YOU SPEAK ENGLISH WITH US EARLIER?! So we explained to her our situation. The makcik hotel explained dekat makcik pintu depan. Then I could translate makcik pintu depan's reply, they didn't say anything about that. OH MY FREAKING GOODNESS. Dearest makcik pintu depan, we told you already. Sobs. Later, we showed her the way. HA HA HA. And she was surprised when we entered our place's front door password.
Dearest makcik pintu depan, you were being nice to us, we know. But because of the language barrier, it led to this miscommunication. Actually makcik tuh macam nak tolong sangat ktorg tapi dia tak paham. So bukan salah dia sebenarnya. Salah bahasa.
Kenapa dari awal ktorg dah pergi sendiri? Sebab makcik tuh dari start nak tolong, so ktorg ingat dia tau. And macam tak sedap nak terus pergi macam tuh sebab dia mcm sangat worked out tolong ktorg. Oh well. Tapi lepas tuh tak pernah jumpa dia lagi. Maybe dia mmg shift malam je.

Gotta love the strategic location. Semua benda dekat. So sangat memudahkan hidup.
Sekian setengah hari pertama kami di Macau/HK. Setengah hari yang sangat mencabar dan memenatkan.
Oh the next day, we found out that the was an incident happened for Ferry from Macau to HK. Around time ktorg touch down dekat Macau.
That explains why they said the tickets were 'SOLD OUT'. Maybe they're still clearing things out. Alhamdulillah, nothing bad happened to us. Alhamdulillah.
